The Annual Video presentation seeks to share a “State of the Academy” message, along with plans and projections for next year.

The aim is to conduct this “meeting" in under an hour. This year’s message is 47-minutes.
Only by pursuing a “continuous improvement” model, can the ministry best serve families and faculty-staff in the LPA community.
Major items discovered include:
- A board commitment to pay teachers more
- Recognizing that time is indeed money, administration commitment to make academy participation more valuable and simpler for both faculty-staff and parents.
- Plans and projections from the various program division leaders.
