Photo days: Oct. 18 & 19

ELEMENTARY photos: Tues., Oct. 18                   

SECONDARY photos: Wed., Oct. 19

Lifetouch photographers will visit campus to take student pictures in two weeks.

A flyer and price sheet was sent home.

Here are highlights:

• All students will be photographed (for school database and yearbook purposes)  
   
• Students will receive a school ID card later in the fall (helpful for student discounts at many places)   
   
• Parents may elect to purchase optional photo packages (see price sheet and below).  
     
• No charge for photos taken just for ID / yearbook purposes    
  
  
• For students absent Tuesday, an immediate make-up opportunity is the next day: Wed., Oct. 19, on secondary photo day. No appointments necessary. A later make-up will be scheduled only if needed.

For families ordering photos:

Packages ordered must be pre-paid. That is how Lifetouch processes fall photos.

Quality is guaranteed through a retake and then refund. (Please see “portrait promise” on flyer.)

Parents may send payment and order form on photo day. Alternately, send the order form to the front desk in advance, and the staff will hold it for the photographer. This helps prevent the “good intentions married with forgetfulness.”

LPA receives a small percentage from packages, which will be used to purchase student and teacher ID cards at no cost to families
