Lake Pointe utilizes 16-week semesters of rigorous academic program.
The shorter, focused semesters allow the return of four weeks of family time during the year to parental discretion. Some preparation work and advance reading is required over the summer and winter breaks, especially in the upper grades. Mid-semester breaks are intentionally placed in the program to provide flexible time for individual family needs and to honor family-oriented holidays and travel.
